Love the staff in Santee. They do incredible work and are very friendly and fun people. Flexible payment options made it possible for me to get everything done without ruining myself financially.
They even went above and beyond to schedule me in quick succession so that all my work would be done and healed before my wedding.

Hygienist is awesome. I would love to suggest something that worked well in past years. After a dental appointment we were given, or mailed a statement which included: the initial charges, a list of services rendered, the amount that the insurance paid, and what the patient owes after insurance.
This seemed to take care of most all of the communication issues, such as: lost hours on the phone dealing with patients feeling left in the dark.
Example: During a different dental experience; I was mistaken for a different patient. I was spoken to very rudely. After much discussion they realized their mistake but no apology was ever given. A paper statement might have caught the error sooner.

All I have to say is that my endodontist Dr. Doe was amazing. His assistant was amazing. I had a root canal through an existing crown on #18. I never felt any pain thing..not the needles for numbing, not anything. Both of them made the experience so easy. Very professional staff from the front desk to the procedure. I highly recommend.
